Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail box accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, set up email filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email boxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just select the electronic mail account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
