You will notice a list of all your databases and their corresponding sizes. You will be able to edit passwords, to create database backups and to even log in to the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin database administration tools.
Simple Database Backups
It is quite essential to create regular backups of your DBs to secure your website content and to abstain from any unexpected loss of data. With the Database Manager GUI, creating a database backup file is extremely easy. Simply click the Backup button next to the database you want to back up and you will be momentarily taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your freshly created backup file.
